There are also plenty of adult passengers with autism. There are also options for this group to limit the stimuli before, during and after flying.
DPNA Assistance.
For adult passengers who want to request DPNA assistance, there are different conditions than for a family with children.
-
Adult passenger with autism who wants to travel alone
This is possible, but there is an important condition. Passengers must be able to understand and follow the safety instructions. This is essential for flight safety. This question will therefore be asked when you request DPNA assistance. If you cannot meet this condition, someone who does meet this condition will have to travel with you.

Adult passenger with autism with guidance
For an adult passenger traveling with an escort, DPNA assistance can be requested. Please indicate clearly in the application that you are traveling together, so that the crew knows that they are not allowed to separate you and assign you a separate seat on the plane. To increase recognizability, you can wear the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard.
If you have requested DPNA and this has been confirmed, report to the Axxicom assistance desk in the departure halls at least 2 hours in advance for the flight. You will be assigned a supervisor there. Please indicate clearly what your wishes are. The attendant will guide you past the queues to the gate. You will be given priority when boarding. Also let us know on board that you are a DPNA passenger and what your wishes are.
You can request DPNA assistance through the travel agency or airline.
